**Work Schedule**: 10-14 hour workdays, 5-15 workdays per month (based on snowfall)

**Seasonal Dates**: November 1st - March 31st OR April 30th

Embrace the cold and play a vital role in our snow removal team. We're seeking reliable individuals to help us maintain safe residential properties during the winter season. If you're _dependable_, _committed_, and an _early riser_, we'd like to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at the job site by 6 AM start time
- Conduct daily weather checks at 5 AM to determine if there’s work for the day
- Utilize shovels and other company provided tools to clear snow
- Ensure properties are kept clear of snow during the winter

**Requirements**:

- Previous snow removal experience is beneficial but not required
- Open availability to work each day during the season
- Phone with at least 2GB of cellular data for communication and coordination
- Your own personal vehicle to be able to drive to each property
- Drivers license

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $22 to $27
- Weekly payments directly to your account
- Monthly earning potential of $1,000 - $4,000

**Growth Opportunities**:

- Seasonal pay increases for returning team members
- Opportunity for year-round employment
- Year-round salary positions starting at an annual range of $36,000

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 36 per week
