Reporting to the CEO, the Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy. The primary focus is to develop and close clients for the Membership Programs, and to close contracts of Luxe and Ultra-Luxe decorating and design clients. They will be the liaison between the potential client and creative team.

**Responsibilities**
- Business development - acquire new accounts and prospect for new business
- Grow membership contracts
- Help sell and showcase home décor, furnishings, artwork and accessories
- Find Luxe and Ultra-Luxe clients for design and/or decorating services
- Responsible for managing and increasing social media presence
- Work with the executive team to develop a sales strategy and revise as required
- Oversee the marketing function
- Collect and analyze key trends and opportunities in the market to help shape the sales strategies
- Ensure full integration between sales and marketing
- Present creative proposals to clients for approval, making sure all components are in line with the brand
- Attend both in person and virtual networking events - may be outside regular business hours

**Qualifications**
- A University degree in Marketing, business, or in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
- Existing, strong relationships within the design industry is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and maintain focus in a complex environment with ever changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements.
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate with and influence others
- An exceptional ability to understand client business from their perspective and develop strong client relationships
- Strong relationship building skills with teams, colleagues
- Strong business acumen
- High energy, be a self-starter with a drive for results and innovation
- A thorough understanding of digital advertising and excellent knowledge of the design and home décor industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use Instagram, Facebook, creating Reels and setting up shop access for Lionsgate Design’s home décor products
- A fun attitude and an enjoyment of industry/social events
- A desire to embrace winning as a team, enjoy collaboration
- A big picture focus with no fear of performing the small tasks it will take to get there

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
