**Responsibilities**
- Delivering Food and beverages including alcohol to Guest rooms.
- Following appropriate hygiene procedures to ensure food served to guests is safe for consumption.
- Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silver prior to use.
- Accurately serving food and beverages to guests in accordance with special requests and brand standards.
- Actively listening and responding positively to guest’s questions, concerns and requests.
- Cleaning and setting up tables and trays for delivery to guest rooms.
- Retrieving soiled trays and tables from guest rooms and hallways.
- Delivering in-room gifts and amenities.
- Recording and closing transactions in Point-of-Sale System, and processing payment.
- Retrieving and restocking food, beverages and supplies.
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements & Working Conditions**:

- Previous serving experience.
- Able to work Monday
- Sunday 6:30am to 12:00pm
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times while performing multiple tasks.
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
- Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting and pulling.
- Move over up and down stairs and over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
