**Cabinet Installer/Sub contractor** Renuit, the exclusive cabinet refacing service provider for Home Depot Canada and it’s Oakville, Burlington and surrounding area Partner, Decorative Designs are currently looking for an experience installer/sub-contractor. **Reasons you should work with Decorative Designs and Renuit.** - Get paid a percentage of each job sold without doing any of the selling. - Have guaranteed work each week/month. - A very lucrative contract based on total value of contract, not per hour. - Decorative Designs/Renuit offers a strong onboarding program to orient you to our processes. - A good additional revenue stream for an existing business or contractor. **Requirements/Responsibilities** - Must have valid business insurance and WCB. - Experience installing/ renovating kitchens - Cabinets and countertops. - Experience in carpentry hardware installation - Customize kitchen cabinets as per required dimensions - Friendly, organized, and energetic - Customer oriented, ability to communicate and deliver an excellent "White Glove" customer experience - Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic - Ability to problem solve on the job site - Attention to detail and strong finish work on all installations **We Offer**: - Training and Development - Paid percentage on total value of contract. - Steady work that fits in perfectly with an existing renovation company or independent contractors’ current business. - Willing to work with a new contractor and help them establish/grow their business. **Job Type**: Freelance **Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: Must adhere to all Covid-19 protocols when in customers homes. **Experience**: - Construction: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - WCB and liability insurance (preferred) Work Location: In person
