**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices, policies and PPE compliances
- Follow all applicable procedures and processes to ensure quality and timely assembly of products
- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
- Actively participates in continuous improvement activities and assist in identifying training needs and quality metrics
- Ability to work at an established rate showing attention to detail and quality standards
- Use sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Show attention to detail assisting in the production of a quality product
- Ability to perform tasks which require repetition, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work in various areas throughout the production floor
- Support and participate in excellent housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pushing /pulling of various objects
- Support a respectful workplace and positive attitude

**Qualifications and required skills**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read a tape measure and have essential mathematical skills
- Possess teamwork, communication and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and interact effectively with other team members and departments.
- Versatility, flexibility, ability to work shift work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in basic English for reading and writing
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality

**Shifts of work**:
Monday to Friday, 2-week rotation shift work - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to midnight. Possibility of midnights depending on department of work. Overtime possibilities during the week or weekend, as the need arises.

Permanent Position - $19.75 - $24.00 per hour
