**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough research to locate individuals using various databases and online resources.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all findings and communications.
- Analyze account information to determine the best approach for contact and negotiation.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage with individuals in a professional manner while discussing their accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements or settlements with debtors effectively.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate account analysis and updates on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the tracing process.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in data entry and familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data related to accounts.
- Excellent math skills for calculating payment plans or settlements.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients and debtors.
