**Becker Shoes - E-commerce Data Entry and Sales Associate**

**Role**

Becker Shoes is looking for a dedicated Website and Online Sales Associate to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our online presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Data entry and managing online content, no coding required
- Taking photos of products for the website and social media when they are unavailable from vendors
- Use the proper spelling and grammar while adding products to the website
- Online quality assurance through data validation, data verification and proofreading
- Customer support through responding to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, or features and helping customers resolve issues with their online purchases or the website
- Help marketing maintain a social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and responding to customer inquiries
- Assist with processing web store sales

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Data entry - 1 year (preferred)
- Previous web-site and customer service experience
- Excellent communication, multitasking and customer interaction capabilities
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Office administration skills using Outlook, Excel, Word, Photoshop and Corel, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Knowledge of WordPress, Ortery Capture Software (photography), Magento, Adobe Commerce. Familiarity with these programs is an asset and is required in time.
- Proficiency and speed in computer use
- Ability to keep up with up with seasonal deadlines
