Key Holder/supervisor

**Summary**

Key Holders are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, assisting sales specialists in periods of high customer volume, and managing the alarm system, including setting and disarming it, among other duties. The Key Holder will need to be the first person at the store and the last one to leave, requiring a high level of conscientiousness and responsibility. The Key Holder conducts day-to-day operations within the retail location while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. This position reports to the Store Manager

**Essential Functions**
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure all staff follow company policies and regulations
- Plan and coordinate daily workload to team members
- Handle unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Responsible for opening and closing duties as Key holder
- Authorize voids, discounts, and promotions
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring store inventory levels
- Lead tours of sales floor, making product recommendations based on the science of strains, cannabinoids and vendor-produced products available
- Continuously increasing their knowledge of cannabis strains and forms (flower, edibles, concentrates etc.) and cannabis accessories for sale in the store
- Accurately record and process orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal age to purchase cannabis
- Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
- Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals are met by designated timelines
- Adhere to company dress code and personal appearance policy and maintain all provided necessary equipment
- Follow FOUR20 Premium Market rules and guidelines when performing daily responsibilities to support all areas
- All other job duties as assigned by the Store Manager

**Qualifications Required**
- 2+ years’ experience in a retail or customer service position preferred
- Must be 18 years of age and recognized as a Qualified Cannabis Worker by Alberta Gaming Liquor Committee (AGLC)
- Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic reading, writing skills required
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems would be an asset
- Strong communication and time management skills required
- Able to manage multiple tasks at a time while under pressure
