Icf Installer/ Concrete Form Worker

**Position Title: I**CF Installer/Concrete Form Worker

**Part I - Position Purpose**:
Due to on-going demand, Muskoka Concrete Solutions is currently looking to add energetic, ambitious, and experienced ICF installers and Concrete former that want to grow with their growing team.

**Part II - Position Functions**:

- Prepare the construction site for forming the footings.
- Form footings of all types including step footings, scribed to bedrock, Form-A-Drain, etc.
- Cut, bend, tie and install rebars based on provided drawings.
- Setting up ICF forms (NuDura), install rebars for walls, lintels, bucks, accessories, window and door bucks, installing supports and scaffolding and prepping for concrete pour.
- Placing/pouring concrete for footings and wall forms.
- Scribing the ICF wall panels on bedrock if needed.
- Ordering needed materials, aggregate and site equipment tools.
- Site clean up and management.

**Part III - Position Specifications**:

- 3+ years of residential construction experience.
- High school Diploma or GED preferred.
- Any construction related college diploma and or certificate is an asset.
- Work from heights and WHIMS certification.
- Positive attitude, and ability to work with a team under pressure is a must.
- Must be polite, courteous, and a team player.
- Must be punctual.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to make mathematical calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to stand and work in all types of weather for eight hours per day with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset.
- Superb hand-eye coordination and physical strength with the ability to lift heavy material.
- Clear drivers abstract, Class G driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation.

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
