Tire Technician

**Job Summary**
**We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Tire Technician to join our team**.

B&H Tire Chemainus is looking for a Commercial Tire Road Service Technician to operate a service truck. This position is responsible for inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing commercial, farm, industrial, and/or OTR tires and wheels both in the shop (customers') and on the road.

Essential Job Functions:

- Properly secure vehicle to ensure safe operation
- Dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicle
- Dismount and remount tires onto wheels without damaging any critical parts
- Operate all related equipment and tools as trained
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Ensure you provide world class customer service
- Work safely and report any injury immediately to Management/HR
- Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment to safety standards
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Education:

- High School Diploma preferred but not required
- Experience working on Commercial Fleet Accounts
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Valid Driver’s License

Physical & Time Demands:

- Ability to lift 50lbs+ without assistance and additional heavy lifting
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move quickly
- Reliable - Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts; return from meals and breaks on time
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Perform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industry
- Learn and maintain lifting procedures
- Learn and maintain all general housekeeping and ensure daily performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
