**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to engage with guests
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies,
- Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns,
- Reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer and log receipts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Run Night Audit report in PMS system after reconciliations
- File and store hard copies of night audit reports

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
