**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to track incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain firewalls and security protocols to protect company data.
- Conduct routine maintenance on office equipment and ensure all IT assets are properly documented.
- Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an IT support role or help desk environment.
- Familiarity with LAN configurations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to users of varying technical abilities.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
