Bathorium is searching for a F/T Fulfillment Coordinator, who is interested in consistent schedules and employment, for their facility in Little Italy. Applicants should have a desire to work in a fast-paced, Ottawa-based production facility.

As Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the creation, packaging, and shipment of green and clean Bath products and accessories. As Fulfillment Coordinator, you will report directly to the Fulfillment and Logistics Manager for daily taskings; consistent duties of the role will include;
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensuring all outbound orders are packaged according to company standards.
- Ensuring all outbound orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- The ability to assist in additional warehouse departments as needed.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Ability to adapt to change
- Detail-oriented
- Take proactive initiative when required
- Interest in the cosmetic production industry

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
