**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable part-time team member to fulfill a dual role as a **10-passenger airport shuttle driver** and **front desk agent** in a Richmond hotel environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate the hotel’s 10-passenger shuttle to transport guests to/from Vancouver International Airport and surrounding areas in Richmond/Vancouver.
- Manage front desk operations, including: Answering and directing multiple phone lines, handling walk-in and future reservations, checking guests in and out, responding to guest requests, providing excellent customer service, basic cashier duties

**Schedule**:

- Must be available to work **mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on weekends**:

- Additional weekday and on-call shifts (5-8 hours each) available; flexibility is preferred

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract (submit with resume)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist guests with luggage
- Must be comfortable helping guests in and out of the shuttle van
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written instructions
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods
- Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of Richmond/Vancouver area and local attractions is an asset
- A second language is a plus
