Email Sales Specialist

**About The Role**
Wise Publishing is a digital publisher of personal finance advice and information aimed at helping people in the U.S. and Canada make sense of finance. We're a group of talented, passionate people who believe that consumers deserve the best possible information to help them make smart choices.
- Coordinating with our internal account management team to book existing clients
**Responsibilities**
- Seek new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Help new clients understand and make use of our company's services
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product team, making sure that client's needs are heard
- Promote new products and services to gain more business from existing clients
- Provide support in developing cross-company initiatives
- Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Provide thought leadership in sales including working with Salesforce to optimise our conversion process
**Who should you be, ideally?**
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience researching and developing cold contacts
- Experience with Salesforce or another drip campaign tool
- A performance mindset focused on setting and striving for growth KPIs
- A bold self-starter who is willing to put in the extra mile to make the sale
- Ready to pivot based on priority shifts or industry changes and can anticipate change
- Clear communicator
- Ability to work both from home and in our office in Toronto aligned with our Remote-First Policy

**Nice to have**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or maths
- Experience in personal finance or digital publishing
