- **Truck Driver: Route Delivery - Refrigerated Five Ton - Air Brake (5E) - Weekday Deliveries**_

**The Role**:
Our Professional Drivers deliver floral products to grocery markets in a safe, timely and efficient manner, assuring the highest level of quality and service. Our fleets of late model 5 ton refrigerated trucks and other equipment are expertly maintained. Daily duties will include:
Complete scheduled delivery routes - plan routes, secure freight and monitor temperature. Operate trucks and equipment safely and in accordance with company policy and all jurisdictional laws and regulations.

Maintain Hours of Service records(Electronic Log records), customer invoices and delivery documents.

Perform Vehicle Maintenance Inspections - including pre-trips, road checks, post trip inspections and day to day vehicle maintenance.

Communicate regularly with Customers, Sales and Logistics Staff for optimal customer service.

Road safety and security - maintain the safety and security of the vehicle, Driver and product at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- **A Minimum of three years**_ _previous commercial driving experience operating _**5 Ton air-braked vehicles (or larger)**_ _in _**regional route delivery**_role._

A **clear driving abstract**and fully referenced reliability and safety record.

Physical ability to handle freight, hand jacks, palletized product, wheeled carts, steps, ladders, walk ramps, and lift boxed products up to 50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Commercial Truck (5 Ton or Larger) Driving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Air Brake Endorsement (preferred)

Work Location: In person
