**Part-Time Vehicle Delivery Coordinator**

**IMPORTANT**This job requires a Grade 12 diploma in English or higher education.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). In this role, you will manage car delivery orders, coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and oversee drivers to ensure smooth and efficient transportation logistics. Strong phone and communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

**Schedule**:

- **Thursday & Friday**: Full day (between 8 AM - 6 PM)
- **Saturday**: 2-4 hours (between 8 AM - 6 PM)
- You may get calls or messages outside of work hours, and you will be responding if they are urgent. Drivers may be on the road until 7:30 PM, and some dealerships close around 8-9 PM.
- On payroll days (every second Monday), be available between 4 and 5 PM to answer questions.

**Remote Work**:

- **Saturdays are always remote.**:

- Once you demonstrate full proficiency in the role, you may have the option to work entirely remotely, except for a required weekly staff meeting.

**Work Environment**:

- You will work closely with another team member in a fast-paced environment, overseeing and managing up to 14 drivers.
- The job is **dynamic and requires strong multitasking, logistics, organizational, and computer skills**.
- You will primarily work independently but will closely coordinate with one team member. However, after training, your shifts will not overlap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily **dispatch operations**, including assigning routes and schedules.
- Enter and manage data using scheduling software.
- Troubleshoot **transportation issues** and resolve them efficiently.

**Expectations & Skills Required**:

- Maintain and uphold **company policies and work culture**.
- Build and sustain **positive, friendly relationships** with clients and drivers.
- Develop **proficiency in the company’s scheduling software** and standard operating procedures.
- Understand **logístical data, ferry schedules, transit routes, and geographical locations**.
- Utilize **strong computer skills**, including keyboard shortcuts and window navigation.
- Ability to work independently, must have assertive and confident leadership skills.

**Compensation Package**:

- **Salary: $2,600 a month**:

- **Annual Performance Bonus: $2,000 +**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,600.00 per month
