**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks to customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving of light snacks or pastries as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Uphold all food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cashiering practices and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
