**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Service Manager, you will be at the helm of the service department, steering it towards seamless operations and exceptional efficiency. Your strategic insight and customer-centric approach will be crucial in designing and implementing service strategies that resonate with customer needs and departmental objectives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and oversight of the service department to ensure operational seamlessness.
- Devising and executing innovative service strategies that align with customer requisites and departmental aspirations.
- Constantly monitoring and dissecting key performance indicators to assess departmental progress, proactively pinpointing avenues for enhancement, and implementing corrective measures as required.
- Guaranteeing swift and precise service delivery to uphold elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fostering installer triumph by ensuring they are armed with essential resources and unwavering support to excel in their roles.
- Supervising warranty procedures and ensuring their timely resolution.
- Offering critical support to the company's largest sector.
- Taking a hands-on role in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new departmental talent.
**Qualifications**:
To be considered, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Automotive Parts and Service industry.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in communication and adeptness in problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with fervent motivation and a resolute goal-oriented mindset.
- A proven track record of effectively coaching, fostering development, and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Exemplary standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and accuracy.
