**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Service & Support**: Collaborate with a team of advisors to manage and service hundreds of client accounts. Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, complete file reviews, and ensure that new business is compliant and processed efficiently.
- **Business Development**: Upsell existing clients, identify additional needs, and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term loyalty and encourage referrals.
- **Collaboration & Learning**: Work alongside senior advisors, learning best practices for managing and growing client relationships and supporting the business.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Licensing**: You hold a valid LLQP Life Insurance License. (required)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value motivation, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- **Client-Focused Mindset**: You are passionate about providing excellent service and building long-term relationships based on trust.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using technology, from smartphones and tablets to insurance software and company websites.
- **Reliable Transportation**: Access to a vehicle is a plus but not required.
- **Confidentiality**: You maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
