**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks.
- Able to lift 80lbs.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and inventory records.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
- Self-motivated.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in freight transportation preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is a plus.
- Basic automotive repair knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles and navigating urban or rural routes preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
