**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment
- Support and promote local artisans and their products
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Social Media skills & abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to upsell products through persuasive techniques.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of retail Canadian work experience is a MUST**:

- **Fluent in speaking, writing and listening in English**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, well-mannered, and professional demeanor
- Passion for supporting local small businesses
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Available to work during week and weekends.**(Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays & Saturday availability required)**:

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 26 per week

Availability: Sunday
- Tuesday - Thursday
- Friday-Saturday (As needed)

Work Location: In person
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Canadian Retail Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
