Winchester Building Supplies Inc is looking for a yard Technician to join our team in organizing the warehouse and providing service to customers within our lumber yard. This person will work with customer service by loading customer vehicles and unloading customer vehicles; loading and unloading delivery trucks and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and yard. The yard technician will be responsible for operating a forklift; clearing snow and de-icing in the winter; performing seasonal maintenance on the property, assisting the drivers with deliveries when materials require carrying for customers and materials alike.

We are excited to fill this role as quickly as possible and to expand our services in the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
