We are seeking **two employees **with general knowledge of golf course operations who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing an exceptional experience to our guests and club members.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, may require working additional hours and holidays
- General knowledge of golf, understanding pace of play
- Customer service experience
- Have a valid driver's license

**Some of the responsibilities will include**
- Greet golfers as they approach the starter stand
- Interact with golfers in a friendly, open and helpful manner
- Inform players of course conditions and daily rules
- Communicate with Golf Shop, keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet
- Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner
- Track and maintain players and pace of play during shift
- Communicate with Golf Shop and beverage cart on the course to identify and deal with any potential pace of play problems
- Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment
- Monitor and assist with course cleanliness
- Assist outside service staff as needed. Pull carts out at beginning of the shift. Ensure starter shed is stocked with necessities
- Follow policies and procedures of Glen Arbour Golf Course
- Always maintain a clean and neat appearance while on duty and adherer to the dress code.
- Report all concerns, accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor for follow-up and appropriate action.
- Assist with event set up and additional event duties
- Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.
