**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations, wait list and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist with inquiries regarding reservations or menu items.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Help the server to take their drinks order and run some food to by ensuring custome satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including waiting areas, tables and menus.
- Clean the tables once customer leaves and set it up for the new customer.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- A team player who can help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
