**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the service shop, manage the staff, and monitor the completion of work and the qualify of the job completion.
- Lead, manage and support technicians to hold them accountable for achieving productivity goals.
- Train, coach, and mentor technicians on industry best practices and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of process and productivity including quoting, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Manage and monitor the workflow in the shop to maximize efficiency
- Oversee safety in the shop area ensuring appropriate use of PPE, tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership ability and teambuilding skills to effectively motivate, inspire and manage employees.
- A team player committed to working with leadership and employees to ensure goal alignment and achievement.
- 5 or more years of experience working as a technician with some experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician License
- Valid Driver’s License
