**What you will do**
- Support the initiative planning process by developing and maintaining inventory reporting systems and spreadsheets
- Support ongoing tracking of development financials opposite established targets for each initiative and portfolio
- Accountable for maintaining a suite of software tools (Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) to facilitate the planning and reporting process
- Interact with various departments, initiative owners to complete initiative templates, collect and analyze business cases, collect resources supply and demand estimates, and document success measures and targets in support of project stage gating
- Document the progress of initiatives by reading and interpreting related correspondence
- Support reporting to leadership, including the Operating Committee of Canada, on the progress of key initiatives
- Identify opportunities for design improvements in the business planning process and to supporting tools and templates within the role
**What you will bring**
- Minimum of 2 years business-related experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (number-crunching required)
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SharePoint will be beneficial
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong financial, analytical and critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to produce timely and accurate results
- Committed to drive continuous improvement
The base salary for this position is between **$50,400****:
- $75,600** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
