**What you will do**

**YOUR MISSION**

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Project Office and Service Delivery Support and in collaboration with internal teams, you will act in support of service delivery. You will play a key role in a multidisciplinary project team and will participate in a concrete way not only in all phases of the project (planning, monitoring, control and closure), but also in all its different aspects: scope management, cost management, risk management, etc. You will have to use IT tools for project management and expense tracking as part of your duties.

You will support the managers in the following activities:

- Project planning
- Schedule follow-up
- Cost management
- Keeping project records up to date
- Identification and monitoring of risks
- Estimating human resources
- Production of project reports
- Document management
- Communication management
- Project closure
- Organize and participate in project meetings and produce minutes as required

**What you bring to the role**

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous relevant experience
- The ability to analyze and think quickly, and to resolve conflicts
- The ability to determine what is a risk of an issue and the necessary escalation processes
- The ability to work with non-dedicated players
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused despite ambient distractions
- Advanced level in French and English (spoken and written)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate scrum as needed
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise by acting as a facilitator, both internally and with our clients
- Support the Customer Relationship Manager for certain deliverables in project workloads (scope, budget and timelines)
- Manage the administrative side of the project (timesheets, access requests to various directories, setting up communication channels...)
