**House Cleaner / Subcontractor (Independent)**

**North & West Vancouver**

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and communicative house cleaner to join our small and growing cleaning company on a subcontractor basis. This is a flexible, independent role — perfect for someone who already has experience and their own cleaning supplies and transportation but wants steady work, support, and great clients without having to deal with all the admin and tech stuff.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Perform high-quality standard and deep cleanings in residential homes
- Follow detailed checklists or client preferences when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients (arrival updates, polite professionalism)
- Provide excellent customer service with integrity and care
- Be available for short-notice jobs when possible

**Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)**
- Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Your own high-quality supplies, including a vacuum, mop, rags, and cleaning products
- Strong communication: You must respond to texts, pick up phone calls, and communicate clearly with clients and admin
- Ability to work back-to-back jobs (with reasonable breaks), bend, squat, and move efficiently
- Professionalism: You represent our company — punctual, clean attire, respectful attitude
- Liability insurance (or willingness to get it if hired)
- Willingness to return to a client’s home if there’s an issue with the quality of the clean

**Not a Fit If**
- You’re not confident delivering a high-level, professional clean
- You ghost people, don’t answer messages, or frequently run late
- You’re only looking for casual work or unreliable hours
- You don’t have your own gear or can’t provide references

**Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)**
- Reviews from past clients
- Background in hospitality or housekeeping
- Experience with eco-friendly products or special requests
- Willingness to wear a basic uniform (shirt provided)

**Pay & Hours**
- Pay: $25-$30/hour depending on the job type
- Flexible schedule: we’ll try to match you with jobs that work for you
- Most jobs are weekdays, but occasional weekends may be requested
- You will invoice us weekly and we’ll send payment via e-transfer within 1-3 days

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
