**Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report to work on time and in full uniform.
- Work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Bartend, function as a barista and serve tables as needed.
- Provide guests an elevated level of service by providing a unique and tailored experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on guest orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Have necessary equipment to work with including pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc. Do all necessary side work assigned.
- Attend menu class and or taste panel and be aware of daily specials, soups, drinks, and have knowledge of all menu items, their garnish, etc. Be prepared to answer questions from guests on items (preparation, etc.).
- Be an active participant in service systems using teamwork and consolidation to provide excellent guest service
- Follow procedure to take guests' orders; write legibly on check properly pre-ring check using modifiers, seat number, tables, etc.
- Follow procedures regarding proper service of all food items, food from expediter, etc.
- Use proper beverage, liquor and wine service.
- Be sure that tables in Prologue Cafe|Cocktails are properly bussed through the meal.
- When clearing and resetting tables, follow proper procedures for handling china, glass and silver.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Guest-focused with a passion for ensuring guests' dining experience is exceeded.
- Familiarity or restaurant POS systems; preferably Micros Symphony.
- Excellent oral communication and effective interpersonal skills.
- ProServe Certification.
