**What You Will Do**:

- Organize bundles of material to be painted on the paintline machine
- Read, understand and execute the scheduling of product to be painted
- Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material
- Perform end bending, if necessary, to maintain the quality of the product
- Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance
- Complete all associated paperwork, including, but not limited to, quality plans and cleaning plans
- Assist crane operators with the strapping/rigging of crates
- Clean working area, including cleaning any paint spillage
- Work in a safe manner, follow all rules, regulations, and legislation
- Follow Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement guidelines
- Track material at the paintline process and update the manufacturing boards
- Complete machine preventative maintenance

**Position Details**:

- Working at the South Edmonton facility exclusively
- Permanent
- Full-time
- Rotating shift between day and afternoon shift (night shift may be required dependent on business conditions)
- Weekend shift may be required dependent on business conditions

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization skills

- Able to read, write and effectively communicate in English
- Ability to work shift work
- Ability to work overtime as needed

**Physical Demands**
- Pre-employment testing including drug & alcohol, vision, auditory, background check and physical demands assessment required upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours/day

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Past experience working in a manufacturing environment
