**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee and manage all accounting and finance operational activities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reporting in accordance with ASPE, including journal entry and balance sheet reconciliation review
- Complete monthly consolidation processes
- Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting efforts
- Complete quarterly bank and parent company reporting
- Manage audit and corporate tax filings
- Complete US government reporting as required
- Maintain, develop, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks
- Manage and develop staff to meet organizational objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive business decisions and performance improvement
- Lead or support software upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Ensure data integrity across accounting and operational systems
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, HR, and IT to align financial objectives with organizational goals
- Perform additional duties as required

**Who You Are**:

- CPA with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager
- Experienced in multi-currency consolidations, intercompany transactions, and manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills (V-lookup, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Experience with US government reporting (corporate tax, sales and use tax, Census reports) - is nice to have
