**Position Overview**: As a Part-Time Home Care Marketer, you will play an essential role in promoting our in-home and long term care services and establishing connections within the community. This position offers flexibility and is suitable for individuals who are passionate about caregiving and wish to make a positive impact in a part-time capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness of our in-home care services.
- Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to support our clientele.
- Participate in outreach efforts to provide information and assistance to potential clients and their families.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives to adjust strategies for optimal results.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in marketing, healthcare, or a related field is advantageous).
- Prior experience in marketing or sales, with knowledge of home care marketing being a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry, along with awareness of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients and their families.
