**Job Purpose**: Achieve retention and profitability targets through providing first class service to portfolio of assigned policyholders, managing agent relationships and the commercial underwriting of renewal business of assigned portfolio. Portfolio will consist of SME, Core policyholders and direct broker policies. Fosters efficiencies within the Direct Sales Force team by taking on special projects and duties as required for regional retention success.

**Key Responsibilities/What You Do**:

- Service customer segments based on operational standards

- Take ownership of special projects and sales agent servicing needs for the Direct Sales Force channel and Direct Broker channel as needed.
- Manages a large portfolio of policies with key responsibilities to include: Communication with the Direct Sales Force and broker partners in regards to policy renewal changes, policy construction & policy distribution
- Responsible for managing collection of past due invoices and other policy items for assigned portfolio
- Identifies process improvements based on exposure to client issues and concerns that directly impact retention and new business production
- Support implementation of Voice of the Customer initiatives in the region.

**Key Requirements/What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- B2B account management experience preferred.
- Previous short-term trade credit commercial underwriting experience preferred.
- Ability to profitably retain policyholders and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with agent producers located in region which results in strong renewal business production.
- Expert know-how in specifics of market.
- Ability to build extensive networks with close contacts to agents, market players and opinion leaders.
- 2-4 years of customer service or account management experience.
- Ability to liaise with members of other core functions.
- Ability to convince customers in negotiations.
- Ability to profitably retain policyholders and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales agents located in region.

**Objectif du poste**: Atteindre les objectifs de rétention et de rentabilité en offrant un service de première classe à un portefeuille de titulaires de police assigné, en gérant les relations avec les agents et en souscrivant commercialement les affaires de renouvellement du portefeuille assigné. Le portefeuille comprendra des PME, des titulaires de police principaux et des courtiers directs. Favoriser l’efficacité au sein de l’équipe de vente directe en prenant en charge des projets spéciaux et des taches nécessaires à la réussite de la rétention régionale.

- Répond aux demandes des clients par téléphone ou par courriel sur divers sujets relatifs à toutes les fonctions de base avec un sentiment d’urgence.
- Travailles-en étroite collaboration avec la force de vente directe et les partenaires courtiers pour accélérer avec précision la saisie des nouvelles demandes d’affaires auprès des partenaires offshore. Atteindre les objectifs de croissance et de qualité du portefeuille.
- Renouvelle rentablement les polices existantes.
- Identifie les opportunités de vente croisée et de vente ascendante.
- Fournit une surveillance de souscription commerciale.
- Assume la responsabilité personnelle de la mise en œuvre des normes de qualité de service de groupe.
- Sert les segments de clients en fonction des normes opérationnelles.
- Interagit étroitement avec les autres fonctions de base.
- Applique les normes de souscription commerciale pour assurer la rentabilité et la qualité du portefeuille de client.
- Prend en charge les projets spéciaux et les besoins de service des agents de ventre pour le canal de vente directe et le canal coutier direct selon les besoins.
- Gère un grand portefeuille de polices avec des responsabilités clés comprenant la communication avec la force de vente directe et les partenaires courtiers concernant le renouvellement, a modification, la construction et la distribution des police.
- Responsable de la gestion de la collecte des factures en souffrance et d’autres éléments de police pour le portefeuille assigné
- Identifie les améliorations de processus en fonction de l’exposition aux problèmes et préoccupations des clients qui ont un impact direct sur la rétention et la production de nouvelles affaires
- Soutien la mise en œuvre des initiatives de Voix du Client dans la région.
