We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join the Canadian team. This role offers meaningful “hands on” work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic brands.

THE ROLE

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
Supporting the merchandising team in building Seasonal Planogram by Retailer
Submitting Retailer Planograms
Managing seasonal Brand graphic trackers and print graphic approval process
Creating and approving seasonal merchandising and in-store execution tools
Requesting seasonal fixtures codes by Brand
Supporting Planogram process & Manage Visual Merchandising timelines
Supporting cross-functional teams with merchandising requests

QUALIFICATIONS

**Essential**:
Bachelor’s degree - Business/Marketing/Administration
MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
Experience with JDA Prospace is a +
**Nice to have**: French language skills

**Desirable**:
Strong time management & prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong analytical & communication skills
Attention to detail
Quick-learner
Passion for beauty and knowledge of the industry
