**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Selling programs that will help the client achieve their fitness goal in a timely manner
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques through HIIT programs
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients during training sessions and beyond.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain Trainer schedules and assign them with new clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by scheduling sessions efficiently while accommodating client availability.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, leadership, and community within the fitness center.

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience running and training a team.
- Previous experience in personal training or related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French are an asset.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients towards achieving their goals.
- A commitment to ongoing education in fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $2,900.00-$5,900.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
