Olly Fresco’s is a prepared food market with one of the country’s largest selections of ready-to-eat offerings for large population facilities. Our mission is to make fresh, healthy, and nutritious food as affordable as possible. We produce almost all of our offerings in-house every morning from scratch, infusing flavors from around the world to deliver a unique experience to our customers every day.

All of our positions are full-time (40 hours/week) between Monday-Friday, with weekends and evenings off.

**ROLE**

**Supervision**: Lead and supervise the cashier team.

**Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and handling complaints.

**Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transactions, voids, refunds, and discrepancies.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to cash handling and customer service.

**Problem-Solving**: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the cashiering process, such as discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience**: Previous experience in cashiering or a related field, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to customers and resolve any issues or concerns.

**Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership qualities to effectively lead and motivate a team, including training, coaching, and delegating tasks.

**Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and record-keeping processes.

**Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Computer Literacy**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or cashiering software.

**Legal Requirements**: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing cash handling, such as anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and age-restricted sales policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
