**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering schedules and techniques are implemented to promote healthy plant growth.
- Lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance, training, and support to foster skill development and teamwork.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, mulching, and building garden features.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health and appearance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision for their outdoor spaces and provide recommendations based on best practices.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and landscape design principles.
- Proficiency in irrigation systems management and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to build relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service skills.
