Body Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate vehicle damage and determine repair needs based on customer estimates and damage reports.
- Perform a variety of repair tasks including welding, framing, and bodywork to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to repair body panels, restore frame structure, and replace damaged parts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress and any additional work needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Body Technician or similar role in the auto repair industry.
- Journeyman certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and the ability to use repair tools and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
