- Maintain an organized and attractive inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate vehicle pricing and merchandising to optimize profitability.

**Sales Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for individual team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering an exceptional buying experience.
