MOBIA is currently looking for a Wireless Network Radio Technician to join our team in Smith Falls, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in maintaining availability for Voice & Data Network
- Diagnose and analyze outages with the use of remote monitoring tools
- Manage trouble tickets from end to end
- Dispatch field operations technician to restore service
- Communicate constantly with users, technicians, third party providers and internally
- Make recommendations for recurring problems for continuous improvement
- Manage Configuration Items and programming files for user equipment
- Execute Network reporting on a timely manner
- Play a key role for up keeping and updating technical documentation

**Skills / Qualifications & Requirements**:

- College degree in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer electronics or equivalent
- Competencies in Data Network and IP Technology
- Trunking Network telecommunication systems principals knowledge
- Knowledge transfer competencies
- Experience in configuring IP Network equipment
- Experience in maintenance of radio communication equipment
- Bilingual (French, English). Work mostly executed in French
- Excellent regular attendance, On-call availability for unplanned events
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and security clearances
- Ability to travel within Ontario
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Troubleshooting and working under pressure
