The **Package Center Associate**position is responsible for handling package operations, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and sorting. This position requires maintaining safety standards, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Shift Details**:

- **6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Monday through Friday)**:

- **6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday)**:
**Wage**: $17.75/Hr.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock packages efficiently

- Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries

- Assist customers with shipping needs and offer effective solutions

- Operate equipment, software, and tools while training others as needed

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Perform other assigned tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kgs unassisted

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Adobe Suites

- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
