As a **Project Specialist** at Centrix Control Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by providing technically sound solutions, managing sales orders, and ensuring smooth project execution. Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team:
- Analyze customer-supplied process data to determine **product suitability** and ensure technical alignment
- Troubleshoot existing product offerings to **enhance performance and efficiency**.
- Liaise with factory engineering and customer service teams to **develop technical proposals** tailored to client needs.
- Prepare **cost estimates and quotes** for custom technical offerings.
- Collaborate with account managers and inside sales to **develop strategic, customer-focused solutions**.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and **strong problem-solving skills**.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or an Engineering Technologist diploma
- Registered or able to be registered as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) through APEGA Experience in an Industrial environment through employment or cooperative programs with post-secondary institutions is an advantage
- **2-3 years of experience** in a technical, project coordination, or inside sales role within the industrial, manufacturing, or controls industry (valves, instrumentation, or automation experience is a strong asset).
- Proven ability to **analyze technical data** and interpret process information to make informed decisions.
- Experience preparing **technical quotations, proposals, and costing** in collaboration with engineering and sales teams.
- Strong working knowledge of **ERP systems** for order entry, tracking, and management.
- **O**rganizational and time management skills**, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to **troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think critically** under mínimal supervision.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills** for engaging with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
