My client is a growing software implementation consulting company and they are partnering with a leading AI-driven HR software vendor with $400M in funding and support for their rapid growth.

They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/Talent Solutions Implementation Consultant to join their great team in the old part of Montreal.

They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.

It's a really exciting role as they’re in a growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead.

You'll be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects. They are looking for both experience in client facing consulting and experience in HR Transformation or HCM or HRIS and/or ATS.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in working with external clients
- Experience working daily and helping to implement HRIS and/or ATS or Talent Intelligence solutions
- Fluent English and French language is not required.

They are paying up to $135K + 10% bonus+ great benefits incl. 4 weeks of vacation, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, practitioner etc).

They have a beautiful office in Montreal and you can also work from home 3 times a week.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
