**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Dig and prepare soil for planting and landscaping projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete landscaping tasks.
- Build structures such as garden beds, retaining walls, or other landscape features as needed.
- Assist in the planting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation as directed.
- Follow safety protocols while working with mechanical equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in landscape construction or similar outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various tools and equipment effectively.
- Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and power tools like saws or tampers.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
