If you are familiar with these concepts - or they interest you - then you might be a fit for AML. **The mission of this role is “AML, front of customers' mind”.** **Accountabilities** - Lead generationIncreases quantity and $$$ value of all qualified leads; Simultaneously, increases the proportion of qualified leads (quantity and value) for "products only AML can deliver" - CRM impactIncrease the size, quality and impact (lead count, lead scoring, lead value) of AML's prospect and user database; Improves touch frequency and response rate of named prospects and users within the CRM - Content generationIncreases the quantity, the quality, the distribution, and the consumption of AML's digital content - Brand executionEnsures AML brand is consistently applied in outbound communication; Increases overall market awareness of AML and AML's brand position - Ownership of sales toolsCreates and manages necessary tools to support effective selling; Examples: brochures, testimonials, case studies, presentations, etc. - Return on promotional spendEvaluates dollars spent and the return garnered; Proposes and implements adjustments to improve results; Owns return on spend - connector, along with AML's social media accounts **Competencies** - **Digital marketing guru** Been there, done that experience in the digital world: search engine optimization, paid search; Track record of lead generation with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platform; Understanding of how to integrate enterprise tools like Magento, Epicor, and Configurators into digital efforts - **Marketing all rounder** Equally enjoys leading, organizing, and cajoling stakeholders to align to a common vision as much as rolling hands up to design and implement tactical lead generation campaigns - **B2B copywriting** Excellent written communication skills; Able to adopt and adapt multiple voices to suit the communication platform - **7Ps experience** - **Test, measure, and adapt mindset** Enjoy trying ideas out in low impact, safe ways; Willingness to fail and iterate; Strong data extraction and analysis skills: Knows advanced functions of Excel / Google Sheets; Comfortable with ERP / CRM data; Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insight - **Eye for impact** Design impact, tactical impact, but most importantly, an eye for financial impact; Able to discern when creative detail is no longer 'impactful' for the business; - **Leadership** Ability to align people to a common vision; Ability to coach others and reinforce culture; Ability to choose the 'right' activities to achieve results; Gift for getting people talking - **Education and experience** Formal education in Marketing, with 7 to 10 years experience in business-to-business environment, or similar **How to Apply** **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Profit sharing - Vision care - Work from home Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Marketing: 7 years (required) Licence/Certification: - work permit to work in Canada (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in SAANICHTON, BC
