Aliments LUDA Foods is looking for **a bilingual (EN/FR) motivated, reliable**individual to join the Warehouse Team.

**Role**:
Document the receiving of materials. Prepare the documents required for the shipment of goods, call the transport services and invoice orders. Package the goods and prepare the documents for courier services.

**Tasks**:

- Answer the door and connect the incoming person to the appropriate LUDA employee (either to Forklift operator for incoming goods or for loading of a shipment or to Maintenance personnel for contractor services).
- Print the Daily Shipping Log.
- Print the Pick Lists for order assembly.
- Convert the Pick Lists into Pack Lists.
- Call the Transport or Vendor to arrange for the shipment of orders.
- Invoice sales orders
- Pick and prepare shipment of E-commerce orders
- Maintain the Daily Shipping Log register of outgoing shipments.
- Update the information data base with regards to movement of goods.
- Observes company policies and GMP's

**Rôle**:
Documenter la réception des matériaux. Préparer les documents requis pour l'expédition des marchandises, appeler les services de transport et facturer les commandes. Emballer la marchandise et préparer les documents pour les services de messagerie.

**Tâches**:

- Accueillir les visiteurs et les diriger vers l’employé LUDA approprié, soit un préposé à l’entrepôt pour la marchandise reçue ou pour le chargement de marchandises, soit au personnel de l’entretien pour les services d’entrepreneurs
- Imprimer le journal quotidien des expéditions
- Imprimer les listes de sélection pour l’assemblage des commandes
- Convertir les listes de sélection en listes « Pack »
- Appelez la compagnie de transport ou le vendeur pour organiser l’expédition des commandes
- Facturer les commandes
- Preparer les commandes de E-commerce et les documents d'expeditions
- Tenir à jour le journal quotidien des expéditions
- Tenir à jour la base de données d’information relative à la circulation des marchandises
