Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Home Support Workers to join our inclusive team servicing Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth areas. You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability). We will provide you with the training needed to care for clients through varying stages of life. We customize care plans and solutions that allow them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

**Nature of Home Health**
- Hours: We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 3-hour visit per client up to a 12-hour visit
- We don’t only cater to the older population but provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

Scopes and Limitations
- Companionship
- Bedside Care
- Light Housekeeping
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Transfer - If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

Supplies
- We will be providing all the PPE for free
- Masks
- Gloves
- Gowns
- Sanitizers
- Face Shields
- Googles

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
- You have a reliable mode of transportation
- You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
- A formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience is an asset
