We are looking for a **Manager - Operations and Business Development**; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will lead our growing team of coaches and staff at Surrey to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
- Upbeat, positive, energetic and works Independently.
- Good listener and strong influencer.
- Understanding of marketing principles.
- Proficient in promoting business and using social media.
- Very good listener, attentive to prospective client’s questions.
- Very effective presentation skills.
- Educational experience and First Aid training is an asset.
- Understanding of robotics and programming an asset.
- Ability to inspire and lead others.
- Pre-employment background check is required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct tours and describe our programs to prospective students and parents.
- Review program offerings, pricing, and enrollment with prospective students and parents.
- Work with coaches to demonstrate our services to the students.
- Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration, payments, and students for our programs.
- Work with school PAC/PTA’s, 3rd party advertising and marketing agencies to strategically target potential students.
- Organizational duties for the office and classrooms.
- Create a positive and safe environment where innovation is encouraged.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coquitlam, BC V3B 1C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
