**What will you do?**
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Supplier Relationship Management Specialists
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supplier relationships and performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Contribute to long-term supplier relationship strategies
- Continuously evaluate and enhance team processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic suppliers

**What do you need to succeed?**
- 5+ years of experience in supplier relationship management or related roles
- 5+ years of team management and coaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building consensus
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
- Strong project and change management expertise
- Proficiency in supplier relationship management software and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of industry regulations (OSFI/B10 guidelines) and compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of Third-Party Risk Management best practices in supplier management
- PMP or CPSM designation (an asset)

**Security Clearance Requirement**:

- Must be able to obtain RCMP Reliability Security Clearance before a start date can be confirmed (includes fingerprinting).
